Sponsored Residential provides 24-hour support in an approved provider home. The individual becomes part of a welcoming household while receiving individualized assistance based on their needs and service plan.

Supported Living assists individuals living in a home or apartment setting with 24-hour staff availability. Support is individualized and designed to strengthen everyday skills, increase confidence and promote greater independence.

Placement is based on eligibility, assessed needs, compatibility, available capacity and successful completion of Bridgeway’s referral and admission process.
