MEET OUR FOUNDER AND EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Lisa Frontus, MBA, OTR/L
Lisa Frontus brings more than a decade of leadership experience across rehabilitation, assisted living, disability services and community-based care. As an occupational therapist, licensed assisted living administrator and experienced healthcare leader, she has built her career around helping people participate more fully in everyday life.

Lisa founded Bridgeway Integrated Health Services to create residential supports that combine professional accountability with genuine compassion. Her leadership philosophy is simple: understand the person first, listen to the people who know them best and build support that promotes dignity, safety, choice and opportunity.
